The physical properties of glass coating are especially used to municipal and industry applications , because the glass coatings form a hard , glossy , inorganic barriers for both interior and exterior tank wall resist of weather condition . The enamel frit burn in temperature from 800 -950 degree , creating greatest and strongest bond between enamel coating and steel .
Glass fused to steel tank has great corrosion , the steel surface can resist the acid and alkali PH from 3-11 . Glass fused to steel tank’s design comply with the standard AWWA D103 – 09 , OSHA , ect international standards , and the production line reach to the standard ISO 9001 – 2000 .
